I just watched The End. Another gangster film, but an interesting documentary made by the very skinny daughter of some east end villain.

I thought the Dog Soldiers werewolves were good. Especially considering the budget.

I thought it was a great action movie. Jolly good head-explody fun.

The Dog Soldiers werewolves were really scary. I think because they were much more like men than werewolves usually are.

Being a massive fan of Le Diner de Cons, I don't think I'll be able to watch yet another Hollywood remake of a Veber film (the only good remake being Three Fugitives because Veber directed).

I finally saw this last week and thought it was very good. Sad that it doesn't have an American release yet.
The Karate Kid...way better than the original, tho having said that I can only hazily recall that, went to see it with the kids to please them, and came out wanting to take up Kung Fu and with a mild crush on Jackie Chan!
You Kill Me, the John Dahl film about a hitman in AA. It's not as good as his early classics(Red Rock West or The Last Seduction), but still pretty watchable.
Anvil: The Story of Anvil. I wasn't looking forward to this but I was pleasantly surprised. A really sweet film.
