Where's your starting station? It may be easier to make all your changes before you get into London.

91 bus will take you striaght there, it's the one I take to work when are you travelling?

N.B. the journey is about 2 miles on foot roughly and pretty much striaght.

I'm coming from Kent. Two options Charing Cross or Cannon Street.

ROAR. Stupid strikes. I'd better go look at bus routes :(

Hmm Cannon Lane is a nice walk along the Thames to Charring Cross about a mile or 2.

1.4 miles to be exact, that'd be my reccomendation.

No its Euston I have to get too. From either Charring Cross or Cannon Lane.

Only Kings cross to old street, but I've got a suitcase and laptop so the walk will kill me and take ages ! I think there are a few buses, and I know there is one to my hotel in Islington.

If it's work, can you get a taxi and make them pay for it?

1.4 miles Charringcross to Euston and it's a nice straight walk.

Loads of buses on those routes.

I'd have to pay it up front and claim it back next month, which I don't really want to do as I'm fairly skinted.

Ah. Bus it is then.

Or a piggyback from sooty?

I do pass through Kings cross enroute to sitting around dicking about on the internet all day.

Bring a wheel barrow past King's Cross about 10:30.

Walking it is for me. Got my route sorted.

I love arriving at meetings a nice sweaty mess.

Nat, as long as you're not attempting to travel in rush hour, you should be fine with your bus route.

And bigfella, that's quite out of my way.

You'll be up though, on your early morning adventures.

Nah on the morning I won't be in London til 10:30ish. Will have to go to Islington at rush hour though, but it's not far.

Maybe a stupid question- but do buses operatre differently than normal outside-of-london buses? Can I use my oyster card?
