Doing the plank... we had to try and do 30 secs. I did it, but I was crying near the end.
I hate the plank. Might be why I only went to the gym 6 times. Damn 6 month membership.

Best I've managed is 100 seconds. 70 is more my usual style though. I suck at crunches.
I'm hoping doing it all the time will help.

What actually is planking? Last time I was in a gym men had handle bar moustaches and tossed medicine balls about. And women weren't allowed in case they caught a dose of the vapors.
