(Is Tanya now a whore?)
Knobbishness was clearly on my mind.

Quote: Tuumble @ September 1 2010, 4:34 PM BSTThis reminded me of the diary entries thread I posted a while ago...
https://www.comedy.co.uk/forums/thread/12176/
I could post some quite disturbing entries but I'll pick one and an unsent letter that was inbetween pages.
-------
January 17th 1983
Got up 715 hours and watched Breccy TV. Had French 1st lesson, second lesson was chemistry and third lesson English. Saw Tanya bend over giving me a very nice view. In the afternoon we had geography and maths. In the evening did some RE homework and worked on the 'Tanya' song. Not bad. Liverpool beat West Ham 2-1 in the Milk Cup. Went to bed 2200 hours.
-------
Dear beloved Tanya,
You probably won't take notice of this letter but it symbolises just how people feel about you in the third year. I enjoy your company very much but I'm shy which is probably why I don't get anywhere. What I am going to do now is hypnotise you to start liking me and not Stephen who is also trying hard to get your attention so desparetly.
Yours and ever lovingly...
Just had this PM'd to me from a work colleague called Tanya:
January 17th 1983
7.50am (F**k, I hate twats who use the 24 hr clock - cocks)
In class today I bent over and saw that weird kid looking at my arse, dirty bastard. He smells of tramp sweat and I am going to get my beloved Stephen to knock him out.

Ben got held up at work by 10 minutes thanks to the sales department and nearly didn't get to the barbers!
You all suck and are rubbish at sympathy etc.
I am back in Newcastle which is good, but the cats seem to hate me. Which is bad.
Quote: Nat Wicks @ September 1 2010, 4:35 PM BSTMy best mate's brother tried to OD last night. He's okay. I'm a bit freaked out.
Sorry about that Nat.
Were there any warning signs?
How old is he, Nat?
Ah you all care now I guilted you, do you ?
As far as I know there were no warnings, but they think he's in a lot of debt and he's always been really bad with money. I wouldn't be surprised if he was facing bankrupcy.
He's only 3 years older than us I think... so 27/28 ?
Lauren said he seems fine but is annoyed by everyone fussing around him.. what does he expect ?? He has a little boy.
Yikes.
Hopefully it was more a cry for help than a proper serious attempt.
