Oh, and everyone seems to have missed the latest BBC3 sitcom pilot that was on last night!

Just you.

I thought as much.

I'm so un-hip. Cool

Yeah, because it's star was a 12 year old stand-up, or something. It would have been to much to take.

Start a thread! Then you can discover who else watched it. :)

The adventures Of Daniel. I think. Starring real life teenage stand up Daniel as a version of himself. I'm not saying it was good, just that it has slipped by unmentioned!

It would be weird to start a thread about a show unless I loved it though!

Well what do we think we might have thought of it? I reckon I'd have hated it.

Quite possibly!

I didn't hate it, but it wasn't for me, and was a bit obvious. I think that's the end of the mini-run of pilots, and to be honest, I don't think I'd rush to watch any of them if they made it to a series, which is pretty rubbish.

I enjoyed the Klang, but still haven't made it through Inn Mates yet.

I keep thinking the Klang are going to be amazing, but then they're not. On TV at least. That pilot seemed severely underwritten. Out of the three, that's the one I'd probably give another look though. Maybe.

Treasures of the Anglo-Saxons, on BBC2; presented by a chubby Goth with the stilted annunciation of a Blue Peter presenter; and directed by a footwear fetishist obsessed with ground level shots of her stiletto heeled boots. She has just explained Hadrian's Wall by saying the "Romans quite liked building walls", or rather shouting it above the traffic as she stands beside what is presumably the only wall she could find to illustrate what a wall is.

She does sound quite sexy though when she speaks old English. She keeps putting herself in the way of images projected onto a screen, so that her exposed face and arms look like they have been tattooed; we would be able to appreciate the rest of the image so much better if she was to take off her dress.

It escaped lightly.

The Walking Dead Comic Con Trailer

The Walking Dead Premiere Trailer (better quality than the above one)

AMC has announced the 90 minute pilot episode directed by Frank Darabont will debut on Halloween, October 31st.

The Deep. I have know idea why, it's f**king terrible.

I hit the escape hatch after the first episode. Typical TV by committee.
