I believe they're still filming... but it should be completed soon. We won't see it on our screens for ages though... editing can take an absolute age, and Channel 4 will probably then hang on to it until they've got an optimum spot in the schedules for it what with it now being one of their biggest shows.
By the way you can already pre-order Series 3 on amazon, which says it will come out around mid-October as far as I can remember...

Apparently editing should be finishing in July; given that the DVD is slated for a mid-October release, I'm betting that they're planning on a September (new school term) season broadcast.

Now changed to the 22nd of November 2010, which is more realistic if it premieres in the fall, boxset of all three series comes out the same day according to Amazon.
