If any single type of food constituted a significant part of one's diet, it'd be somewhat detrimental to the health. Such fast food establishments are, of course, not exactly the highest in quality cuisine - but they're not as bad as many people suggest, common conception believes, or indeed as they used to be.

It also very much depends on what you order. If you're grabbing a Big Mac, with all of the cheese and fried onions and whatever other crap they put in, then it's going to be a darn sight worse for you than a plain burger and ketchup.

Just watched the leaked Thor trailer. I am excited. Chris Hemsworth (you might recognise him as Kirk's father who dies at the beginning of the recent trek movie) as Thor is damn hot.

It depends on the frequency as well.

I fear that you're a proponent of fast food though, so it's little point arguing.

There's apparently a guy who eats Big Macs 3 times a day and is quite healthy.

It's everything in moderation that works.

Well obviously.

Personally, I cook from scratch about ninety percent of my meals, so I know exactly what goes in them.

Sure, which is why a hundred times a year (And he ain't getting no salad, he gets the works) is not good for you. Also, it's not the only place he goes to, he visits other fast food places too. Madness. His insides will be like a chip shop workers hair.

Three times a day isn't moderation!

And there are always going to be freaks who somehow survive with no detriment to their health. But I'm afraid I'm not going to accept the idea of these places being in any way good or healthy. Of course, visited in moderation, then they're fine.

(And he ain't getting no salad)

But does he get the little gherkin?

He looks bloody weird in it, like he's got prosthetics on his head, like Mickey Rourke in Sin City; only he hasn't. Weird.

I think he's into girls.

They do have a lot of Preservatives, colourings & other chemical additives in fast & processed foods these days.
I doubt they are very good for you. but we may not know how bad until later on.

Well, junkfood has been around for quite a long time, so perhaps an epidemiological study is required. Although, I imagine one has already been done.

Thor is quite shit though. Best thing about him is Hulk kicks his ass ;)

I know a few guys working on the new Captain America film, which I am quite excited about :D

I am also excited about that. And The Avengers. WHEEEEE.

I imagine The Avengers will be pants, too many characters and not enough story is The Stott prediction!

Avengers Assemble!!! :D

Hank Pimm isn't in it though or Wasp. A bit disappointing but there we are.

There will always be casualties. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it turns out well.

Didn't they do The Avengers in 1998?! With Suggs on the soundtrack?!
