Not really- if you use a low fat cheese, you're looking at around 300-350 Cals.

McDonald's isn't necessarily that unhealthy, particularly now that they offer a reasonably wide range of deli and salad meals.

Strangely not. He has very long finger nails and smells though. He also wears very tight tops that cling to his man boobs.
The other day he said he might go on a diet, but then said he hadn't brought any lunch with him, so he was going to go to McDonald's; when I pointed out how he said just minutes previously that he said he was going to diet, he insisted he was, because he was only going to get a Happy Meal.
