I'm going to invade Bussells hair this year at the bash and plant a flag and claim it for the kingdom of Roscoffania.

Apparently Tomotei have already taken their causus beli to the UN.

Well done Jack top marks there. My son got in too with less impressive results though. He's off to Greenwich. Anyone got a spare room?

Ha. That's where I went, with far less impressive results. What's he going to be studying?

Well done, Jack, you historical, English sociologist.

Results:
English: B
History: B
Sociology: A

Very pleased.

Well done Jack. It looks like the only thing you're shit at is forecasting A level results.

Then I give this thread an F -.

Is that the first F you've given in ages?

Roscoff, stop your son now!

Look where it leads!

Try Warwick, Durham, anywhere !

Well f**king done Jack- ignore the more miserable bastards of the tread and enjoy yourself. Make it count while you're there. One of my biggest regrets is dropping out- I owe myself a degree now (which I WILL get one day).

Haven't read the thread, but from the last few comments I skimmed it sounds like good news. So, well done Jack. :)

What were you studying?

Drama, unfortunately. The course was easy and I could have doddled a 2:1, but the course was run and populated by utter twats. It was soul destroying, so I left.

I applied for Drama in my first year of college based on the fact I wanted to be a Drama teacher. In my second year I changed a lot of my courses and did Eng Lit in one year and got an A. I wish I'd done literature in Uni, but how was I to know I would be a f**king comparative analysis genius ? Aboo.

Ha! At least you know what to do next time.

My sister got hers the other day. 3 A's (it actually pains me to put the apostrophe there, but it looks weird otherwise). And then she got a message from her Biology teacher that she had been upgraded to an A*.

Bitch.
