Two things my fine breasted friend. Extreme exercise will work but very temporarily. Fact is the slower you lose the weight the slower you put it back on so therefore you have better control.
Secondly, who the hell told you you need to drop a dress size? If it was male put his balls in a vice. Unless it's Sooty of course. He likes that sort of thing.

And remember how funny your jokes are, so that you enjoy hearing them most of all.
It's really 5 minutes of jokes and anecdotes under 2 or 3 bigger themes, which pretty much all link in to each other. Even if I forget a bit, the order of some sections are pretty interchangable, so I can move on (hopefully) seamlessly.

Firstly - I know, but I've been losing weight slowly for a long time and need a kick start to get over a hump.
Secondly - I am still not happy with the way I look, so want to do it for myself.
Jeez Elli I saw you what 2 years ago at the start of your endeavours and you had the looks that would drive the camp out of Louie Spence.
Awwwww Sooty! You babe!

I stand by what he said. Yes him.
Especially as you made Louise Spence Camp. He was a bricklayer with a 1000 bastard children before he met you.
Bootcamp?
As in taking a month off work, or as in it fits around work?

It's terrifying though, I was so worried before my first effort.
But I managed to act confident & believe in my fairly joke free set.
And as long as you seem to be enjoying it yourself the Audience will want to enjoy it with you.
And afterwards you'll wish you hadn't been so worried, as it'll be fun.

Thanks, I feel a lot better now
How did your first gig go ?

It was worth it.
