I didn't like Amsterdam at all. Too many stoned tourists.
Just finished my traditional McDonald's breakfast burrito at the airport. I woke up, showered, finished packing, drove 12 miles, hopped the parking lot shuttle, checked in, passed through security and walked to my gate in 60 minutes. So far, so good.
Next stop: Baltimore and then on to Boston.
P.S. There is a Mexican family sitting near me and every person is wearing a different Star Wars shirt.

I walked all around the city and kept smelling weed and bumping into bleary-eyed tourists. Yuck.
The city itself was very beautiful. I would have liked it better if it had been empty.
Yeah, I didn't see any other stoners apart from inside the café and in the red light district was just full of drunk people.

Our apartment was just on the edge of it. And curiosity got the better of us. It really wasn't that bad, just one main straat was really rowdy, the rest was full of families and somewhat normal people.
I didn't see any rowdiness either time I went.
Rowdy was probably the wrong word. 
What I meant was usual Saturday night crowd.
aaaah I tend to avoid weekends, you see. I try to go through the week to avoid the crowds.
I hate weekend nights up town. Just full of kids being twats and adults being older twats.

I try to avoid leaving the house on a weekend, unless it's somewhere safe like a carboot sale. That's where we get all of our retro games consoles.
