So vain...

You probably think this thread is about you, 'bout you... 'bout youuuuuuuuu!

Hit the gin already, Ellie?

My wife sending me outside to sort out the tomato plants blowing in the wind, then nabbing the TV making me watch TV in the kitchen!

Annoyed that temps are so unreliable.

Lay off, Harshy! Temping is a shitty existence.

Is that some dig at me?! Although, to be fair, it's my last day at RBS today and I'm not going to be very reliable!

Ha -I hadn't even remembered you were a temp. No it's about a temp I was meant to have in but she hasn't turned up. Luckily, we have a pretty blonde thing in replacement.

Temps do that, because they have no real incentive to be reliable. Too many companies unwilling to create permanent roles, so open up temping possitions. Temps feel unvalued and at risk.

I am sad for them :(

My company currently employs about 200 temps. It's very shitty.

Do you miss the world of international stamps, Dave?

Well that's charming, that is.

It may have already been said but I just don't have the time to look through 600 odd pages to find out but ...the colour blind women who work behind make-up counters really piss me off.

Pff! Lightweight!

The fact that this man was ever considered by anyone as being suitable for TV presenting:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-10964687

The two momentary times I've seen him presenting he has been mumbly and stuttery and interrupty and absolutely rubbish.

He might be better when he does the football commentary type stuff, I don't know.
