You honestly think City will win the league then Gerry? I think they have all the attacking talent to do it, but you need a stable defence, you can't buy a good defence (like City tried to do last year, spending a combined fee of near £40 million for Toure and Lescott), they need to gel together and for that reason, I can't see them winning it this season.

Oh Jack, your first place was a bit predictable...but I think I'm going to have to agree with you.
Here's mine...
1. Manchester United
2. Tottenham Hotspur
3. Chelsea
4. Manchester City
5. Arsenal
6. Liverpool
7. Everton
8. Aston Villa
9. Sunderland
10. Birmingham
11. West Ham
12. Newcastle
13. Bolton
14. Fulham
15. Stoke
16. Blackburn
17. West Brom
18. Wolves
19. Wigan
20. Blackpool
It's harder than it looks - you can make a case for anyone from 9th down being relegated.
I've got United as Champions as I can't see Chelsea lasting the pace as they're getting a bit old now. I predicted a Top 4 position for Spurs last year and I think they can do even better this time round but won't have quite enough for the title.
For Man City I just can't see that diamond-encrusted rag-bag gelling to sustain a title push though it should be fun to see them try. At least it's a bit more open this year which is why I only see two of the big four in the top four.
Bring it on!

They can definitely win the league, imo. Chelsea look badly out of sorts, Man U are too old and any team that considers Bendtner as a quality striker can be immediately ruled out. (I no longer consider Liverpool as one of the big 4.)

That's when your post lost all credibility.
As for Chelsea, I think we'll be champions again - but only if we reinforce the squad and replace one or two of the players we've lost. What I saw between the 81st and 88th minute of the Community Shield was enough to convince me that we have enough about us. What I saw before that was a side desperately short of fitness and match practice. Our main players have barely played two games so far this pre-season. Some haven't played any.
However, I am prepared to say that if we don't strengthen then I think 2nd or 3rd is more likely for us this season.
Everyone's talking about our amazing run of four pre-season defeats but this one of our starting line ups that ended up losing a game.
Turnbull, Clifford, Bruma, Bertrand, van Aanholt, Mikel, Essien (c ), Matic, McEachran, Di Santo, Sturridge.
Top Six:
1. Chelsea
2. Man Utd
3. Liverpool
4. Arsenal
5. Manchester City
6. Everton

I rate Bendtner. He can put the ball in the net. I know he can be a donkey, but he does score the goals. Arsenal need to buy a centre-back then all will be good with them this season. Gallas has left them, as has Senderos, Silvestre and Campbell. They've brought in an unknown centre-back I think from Lorient in France. They need somebody to partner the excellent Thomas Vermaelen, I think they'll have enough then to warrent a good title push.

Suggested by Carlos Querios apparently.
Newspspers tomorrow will be full of bollocks saying Manchester United have signed Mesut Ozil as his profile was spotted on the United website. This is lazy journalism as any player United are linked with in the press, their profile is automatically included on the website.
Another striker?
1. Utd
2. Chelsea
3. Arsenal
4. City
5. Liverpool
6. Everton
7. Villa
Place a bet on that and you'll be a wealthy man / woman.

Harry 'twitchy' Redknapp believes that "tactics don't win matches". What a tool.

I read earlier that Fabiano's profile is also on the site!
