I'm trying to access the link to recommend venues for the next series. I don't think it's working yet.

Do you have a venue in mind?

Sorry to repeat a request I've already posted in Sitcoms, but this looks like a much more suitable place for it. If you've never listened to the brilliant Kay Stonham & Simon Greenall penned radio comedy 'Robin and Wendy's Wet Weekends', do yourself a favour and get over to my FB group here:

Join the group and listen to series one and two (three to follow very shortly). One of the best radio comedies and sadly very underrated in my view. Ultimately we would like the BBC to commission another series and this is the aim of the group.

I haven't heard of this, or heard it (at least I don't think I have). Is it avaliable to listen to anywhere?

On that Facebook page, there are links to each episode. I'm not convinced that is entirely legitimate, but you may as well have a listen while they're there!

Dee really nailed Parsons. Quite cruelly, I thought.

Yes, a little cruelly, I think so too. I prefer Just A Minute to ISIHAC though.

Just listened to Recorded For Training Purposes for the first time. Not bad, I'll give it another go.

I thought this week's The Now Show was pretty weak, and the first song was awful.

Well, I'm from Teesside, so I'd like them to do Middlesbrough Town Hall.

The link is now working.

Me too. They could have a big parmo backdrop. :)

Some of Humph's magic here, bless his socks. Jack Dee is bloody great as well though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRFzVdvNQXo&feature=related

The Now Show kids bit was pretty awful.

And this week a "Do you mind if we blow up France" gag makes me turn off RFTP.

It was a so-so start to Just A Minute yesterday, although Giles Brandreth is always good value. Much better are the repeats of the excellent Cabin Pressure. Although it is weird listening to it now knowing that the idiot pilot is also Sherlock Holmes.

I know! It's bizarre, the man has range.

You'd be surprised how few actors have range.

RFTP wasn't too bad last night. The sketches trundled along nicely and I liked the airline captain during a nuclear war, although the ending of the sketch seemed weak. Other than that, nothing really leapt out at me (except possibly that excellent texting sketch).

I'd forgotten he was in that.

I'd forgotten he was in that.

He's Rumpole as well on the radio, playing the young Rumpy.

And the reason I'd forgotten he was in it is because whenever I hear it I think it's Richard Lumsden playing the idiot co-pilot.

I enjoyed the American comedian on yesterday's Now Show, even though he was just doing a generic bit from his stage act.

I'm a big fan of The National Theatre of Brent's stuff, and it was good to hear them back last night with another of their Iconic Icons series. Although this was the second episode, and the first one went out in May, so I'm not sure what that's all about.
