I like mushrooms, Im not sure I'd be first in line for a burger constructed from them though.

LOL. They're actually really, REALLY nice. Probably make one of the most satisfying veggie burgers you can get. Don't really taste of mushroom.

Well, you should try cooked mushrooms then. The skin tends to "melt" to the mushroom and not become an issue when cooked.
