Not so much a catchphrase as "comic" comments that people seem to use a lot now.

Anything from Little Britain or Catherine Tate show.
"Kick him in the chuff!"
If you've ever worked in a call centre you'll know that if a customer asks for something that you can't do, they'll almost certainly say 'computer says no!' on the mistaken assumption that they're being hilarious. They're not.
