How to find an animator?

I have plenty of sketch ideas that would work a lot better as short animated sketches rather than stand up or written... but I don't have the time to learn how to do it myself. Anyone know how to go about finding someone who can create animations? I reckon I have a few ideas that could be popular on YouTube.

In terms of technical ability, I'm thinking along the lines of these "alternative ending" YouTube animations

(e.g How Superman should have ended) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yavK0mnE3wI

I imagine its mainly about finding someone with a bit of time who likes the ideas I can throw at him - rather than money :)

Anyone know how I could go about this?

Open up a thread on BCG! :)

There's a Wallace & Gromit/Aardman forum here:

It's also going to be about a partnership and sharing profits equitably too. An animator's work is highly intensive and a labour of love at times (yes, like writing) but it's going to help attract someone if it's a true partnership, not a writer and the donkey that produces the writer's vision for free.

SLAGA IS BACK!

I'm quite interested in this donkey option. Where could we get one to implement our visions for free?

Totally agree with the whole chemistry/partnership thing. Splitting the money down the middle is fine too, coz I don't expect to make any !
