I've never been to one.

WEIRDO.

Drink tea. :D

Just saw an advert for that. Dawn French and Alfred Molina!
Did it sound any good?

The Radio Times said it wasn't at all funny. Enjoyable, but no laughs. Which is a bit weird for a comedy.

WEIRDO.

:(

My mummy has a conscience and therefore didn't approve of the terrible conditions animals had to live in on circuses (or at least the '80s and '90s ones before they made them more PC). SO THERE.

My parents took me to rodeos.

Pfft, conditions schmonditions. Talked up by joy-haters!

Did any cowboys try to ride you?

Regardless of that movie from a few years ago, cowboys just ain't that type.

It would be quite fun to go to a rodeo.

It would not be fun to go to a bullfight.

"They" have their own rodeos: http://www.igra.com/

And I'm definitely glad my mum never took me to see a lion do humiliating tricks, while I sat there knowing it lived in a tiny cage 24/7.

That's not fun that's f**king depressing.

It would not be fun to go to a bullfight.

I saw a bull get its head and horns stuck in a gate and after about 20 minutes of struggling to free it the announcer asked parents to take their children below the grandstands for a few minutes. (They managed to free the poor beast before having to shoot it.)

It IS payday though and it's the weekend.

Yay for payday!

I went to a rodeo in Fort Worth

As your summer job, are you still doing the same shop stuff ?

How many balloons can you blow up in a week as a full time job?

It's the same shop stuff, as I'm Saturday girl there during term time and they needed someone to fill in. I can inflate about 2 balloons a minute on the machine including tieing and adding a ribbon.
