Has there ever been a sitcom, or other comedy, about Prog Rockers? I know there's been Hippies, Saxondale and the non-sitcom Rotters Club.
Proggers
Yes! Nothing else? For something which is laughed at so much in real life, it's strange that prog rock hasn't been used in more comedy.
I suppose so; although something like Porridge features a social groups few of us will know, but whose humanity and failings we can all identify with.

Also prog rock seems quaintly old fashioned now. Are there any prog rockers out there still? The heyday was the seventies.

Being old-fashioned hasn't stopped endless costume dramas being made. However, if your point is that too few people still know the genre, then I agree.
In some ways the prog rock torch has been passed to characters like Jeremy and Superhans in Peep Show.
