:D

Get one of those muscle twitching machine things, you can't sit on your arse then whilst you tone up.

Depends on your build, metabolism, activities and various other factors I think.
You can check out ideal heights/weight on Government website but I reckon if you get to a weight you are comfortable with then that's plenty good enough.
There are three skinnies and two chubbies in our family.

Right, I must get on. Knew I should have resisted temptation to log on. Gonna be working late now. Wave

You're alright. Random spasms isn't really any interest to me lol!

I gonna fix my treadmill the circuit board fired need some capcitors then that bad boy will be going again and can start RuNNNNNNNNNNING!

I'm "obese" if you look at my height and weight, but I'm fitter and healthier than most of my slimmer friends. It's annoying. I must have a really bad metabolism as I exercise loads (70 miles cycling a week plus 3 runs a week) and eat pretty well.

I'm 6'4" and 12 Stone 8lbs but that's just because I have no calves whatsoever.

That's what I'm reckoning on just what I think looks good. :)

My brother eats awful stuff and still drinks loads but he doesn't put anything on.
It is frustrating but I'm more intelligent then him so it balances I suppose.

Maybe I'm that then. I'll measure.

I just checked myself on the BMI index and apparently I'm borderline overweight. That thing is mean!

It's that big head of yours. It's like a pickle resting atop a toothpick.
