I have to buy the wholewheat version else I get windypops.

It's not so bad is it? Sometimes it has more of a texture, especially if you under-cook it. But it's for-sure passable as an alternative.

Homer: Mmm . . . passable . . .

:D

I actually don't mind, it's just annoying because I'm normally cooking with my boyfriend which means we have to cook two lots of things. Or I go without and have salad which sucks when we have curry.

>_< If you cook it, then he can get what he's given (go sister!). Why not have a curry and use cous-cous to replace the rice/whatever?

Yay. Weighed today and I've lost 5 Stone this year :) couple more to go.

That's fantastic Gav. Well done.

My husband eats what he likes and never gains weight. When we were out recently he had a full English breakfast, fish, chips and beans, a cake and some chocolate, then steak, chips and peas and chocolate brownie with clotted cream and a family size bag of jelly babies on the way home. He is 6'2" and weighs 12 and a half stone. Shame you can't see the state of his heart and arteries on the outside. When people are overweight it's obvious they could/should do something but not so when they are slim.

How did it go, Loops?

12 stone!! Bloody hell that is slim. :) I'm not going that low I'm aiming for the 15 - 14 mark probably. But that's ambitious.

Hasn't happened yet. 12th August. I will let you know. I started my pannicking early so we could practise a few recipes. Is that how you spell pannicking? Can't be bothered to look it up.

It was at our son's graduation a couple of weeks ago where my husband ate all that food.
