British Comedy Guide

The shortest time span you have had at a Job.

I started Tuesday & was "Let go " On Tuesday. I went 8 hours.
The boss felt there was a clash of personalities & my computer skills were not good enough for his Jurrasic system.
However it still doesn't beat my 74 minutes as a beefeater waitress when I was 16. I did deserve the sack then though.
I told a customer who complained his steak was undercooked "Ok ok don't yell at me dickhead. I didnt f**king cook it did I"

Just wondered if anyone else has had short jobs.

Tescos for one night.
I was restacking freezers.

On the second night England were playing in the world cup so I didn't go in, and then by the third night I'd decided that it wasn't for me.

I got paid for the whole month though.
which was nice, albeit not very good payroll practice.

Laughing out loud you lucky bugger. I just got paid the day.

Hm. I worked about 3 weeks at an old people's home in the kitchens. Mainly grating cheese and stacking the dishwasher. Saw an old lady pleasuring herself as I walked past a room, and decided it wasn't the job for me!

I worked one day as a waitress in a National Trust house, but that was only a trial so it doesn't really count.

Looks nice. You want to hit this writing softness on the head and see if they'll take you back!

I lasted 2 nights as a waitress, first night a customer put his hand up my skirt, second night was a free bar and my friend and I got caught necking brandies and Coke in the bathroom.

Hmm

McDonald's fired after 1 week for being a communist (and not stealing burgers whatever the CCTV says).
Kibbutz pool cleaner 1 days after killing the robot.
6 jobs in telesales lasted 1 day to 7 days.

She was probably putting her false teeth in the wrong end.

I did McDonald's as well when I was 16 or 17.
I lasted three days untill I got spotted & laughed at by some school friends.
My mate Bruce had made the job sound so glamorous, but it was nothing of the sort, apart from the lovely free food.

I spilled a gallon of milkshake on the floor.

McDonald's does have one of the fairest and best career structures for the unskilled.

Unskilled f**kwits that is.

At the interview the woman did ask me if I really wanted to be there.
I had 2 or more O levels at the time.

Harken at Mr Intellectual.
