Is this thread about the BCG Meet Up
or the BCG Beat up?

I've been reading up about animal protein recently and am considering cutting down the old meat.

I need chicken.

I could live without beef and stuff.

I rarely eat red meat anyway. Can't remember the last time I had roast beef.

I'm not really sure what I would replace meat with though. Beans?

Lentils, tofu, eggs, Quorn. I've been looking into the very same thing as you; I don't eat much meat anyway, but was concerned about the protein issue, particularly that of essential Amino Acids. The veggies I've spoken to lead me to believe that recent research suggests we don't need to be as worried about this as we used to think.

I particularly like haem iron, so couldn't handle being a vegetarian.
