You can see everyone (unless they have it set to private) but you have to go to their page.
Erm. If you follow people then their Tweets will appear on your page.
It's very difficult to follow a discussion between two other people as you have to keep flapping around back and forth between their pages, but you get used to it.
What button do I press to see people though?
To follow them once you're on their page? There should be a follow button on the top left under their name.
(which doesn't actually show up on my screen, which is great...)
