There has been no publicity for said book yet. Hence why its about 150,000th on Amazon's best sellers. Just waiting to hear when the Daily Mail serialization will run, that might well help!
I don't like my Big Toe, it is causing me pain. Not sure if it is gout ( Don't think so) or a toenail related problem. I'll have to go and see a foot man ( I can't spell the word that starts with C so won't even try)

I was wrong. Just looked up the Hallux and it's more to do with strength of walking. Whereas it's the little toe that's for balance.
