Best heckles and come backs

What good heckles have you seen - or good come backs?

The Richard Herring one is good http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtjx-yplqTw

I hate it when it is a set up.

I've seen one with Richard Herring where he makes himself look more of a tool than the heckler.

I can't get YouTube at the moment so I'm unable to take a look at that link at the mo.

The best heckle I've heard live is : "he's no Joe Pesquale" which completely silenced the comedian involved.

:D

The best heckle response has to be Harry Hill's "That's as maybe sir, but when I get home I've got a lovely roast chicken in the oven".

I always wanted to reply

"Turned your oven off Harry!"

Herring battled bravely, but came close to losing it,didn't he. I wonder if his rebukes actually made things worse in this particular case, or if there was nothing that could have been done with this idiot.

Great heckle, nice comeback

Martin Lawrence kills a heckler :)

I think the Richard Herring comeback is great and heartening, not so much because of what he says, but more because of the way he says it and what that says ie. these words are very important to me and I'd like to share them with these nice people so as to see what they think. And I am angry because it means much to me.

I never thought I'd like him, thought he was just puerile and stupid. Which he is, but he's also very very funny with it. And he's kind and clever with his humour.

Surprised nobody mentioned the famous one from waaaay back when Bernard Manning was giving somebody some stick as they left their seat part way through his set saying "where are you going?" to which the reply was "I'm going for a pee before the comedian comes on", surely an all time classic come back.

This is a poor comeback:

Blimey. People do take bad comedy personally, don't they!
