I'd love to be able to pay my staff less by charging by customers the privalage for the use of them.
Do you tip your bank manager when he gives you great service. Or what about those stewardesses on the plane back from vegas?
It just seems odd that everyone thinks it okay to tip waiting staff (or any cruise staff).
