Did my first bit of stand up the other day, I did.
Very good, especialy if it's the first time. The audience liked you, strong persona, clear delivery and your jokes are very well told (e.g. you don't telegraph the punch but we know when to expect it).
Good structure to the set as well.
Maybe you need to write a few more gags? (the Father Xmas one is a tad limp) and put in some call backs?
But overall top notch.
Well you seemed to get the audience laughing, and who could ask more than that.
Agreed, the Santas Grotto bit is a bit lame. Some bits are definitely stronger than others. Back to the drawing board I go....

Add rather than completely change. You have a structure and something to say stick with it.

I thought this quite funny. I was slightly thrown off when you seemed to be dropping out of character at points but I'm sure consistency will come with practice, an' that. Good luck with it!
