Wasn't there a case where someone was prosecuted for throwing a banana skin into a bush for littering? Which I think is ridiculous!!

We usually put all our food waste in a big plastic bin
& then when it's full we take it to Hyde Park & Dump it all on the grass somewhere.
It's biodegradable and doesn't smell forever so what's all the fuss?
Oh come on, I'm not talking rubbish loads and that's just being silly.
