Sunny yet cool, bucket of Guinness and a view of the cute girls in the pool. Third meal in 6 hours coming up at the Japanese restaurant.

Avast behind !

Mine too.
It's windy and overcast here.
Unable to answer the phone today. My mother-in-law keeps calling to find out if we are going to her shitty picnic. Kids are excited for fireworks, which will be everywhere tonight.
So are you trying to get out of going to the shitnic?
Yes, after my mother-in-laws last salute to botulism on Father's Day we have decided to avoid all meals at her house from now on. Everyone ended up sick for a few days after last time. I'm going the Jehovah's Witness avoidance route and just keep the doors locked and lights out in case she tries to come over to find out (which she has done many times now). She won't take no for an answer and then turns on the waterworks if you do tell her no.
Haha, good plan! She does sound like a nightmare.
Yep, she's horrible and has turned into a brilliant character in the novel I'm working on.
Ooooh. They're always good for finding some use for The Evil among us.
She's a fascinating character. She's morbidly obese, and is depressed about her weight. She won't diet, because it's just too hard. She won't exercise because of her size. She doesn't eat properly because she has diabetes medication to take care of that. And she's on enough anti-depressants for a whole hospital ward. And she doesn't shower, colours her hair bright red every two weeks (it's all falling out), and has alienated all her family and friends. She's the next door neighbour in my book, and the sad thing is that if it ever gets published she'll read it and never realize it's her.

You're far nicer than I am.

Her twin sister didn't emigrate to England did she?
I only ask because if she did, I may have married her!
