Hoping to learn from you all - have browsed some threads - looks like most of you have much experience.
I'm more interested in the 'Sitcom' than anything else - I entered the BBC's Last laugh comp way back in 2005 but I'm hoping to enter the sitcom mission for 2011.

I wish I was able to do stand up but the truth is I'm useless and it doesn't gel that I sit down more than I should.
My favourite sitcoms are Only fools, Vicar of Dibley, As time goes by, One foot in the grave, My family and I learned to appreciate 'the Office' after hubby eventually convinced me it wasn't a real documentary.
David Brent came in for much tongue lashing from myself, you can imagine - my reaction I've since learned was as funny as the show, according to him indoors -doh!
I quite like outnumbered and have read with intrique the thread. I didn't realise the children's lines were so impromptu - aren't they clever?
Hope to learn much and laugh a lot.
