I think she's a clean living girl, probably blessed with youthful genes. She looks healthy too, which - for me - rules out excessive drug use.
But we can all speculate ...

On reflection (i.e. looking at that photo Kevin posted), I think Charlie has done pretty well! He's definitely mellowed though.

Sadly, no news yet. The schedule is packed for the next two weeks (i.e. Come Dine With Me and Big Brother on a loop) so they haven't yet found a space to slot it in.

Charlie said on Twitter a couple of days ago that he has been asked that a lot and that he has no idea when it will be scheduled.
Just chipping in to say that the god-awful cleavage photo people keep posting is not of Konnie Huq, but some Z-list Big Brother reject from about 2002. They don't even look alike.
