The sugarpuff / wee aroma phenomenon is an ancient one. I used to be in bands in the eighties and one night we supported a crappy punk group called "Sugarpuff Piss".
But anyway, for some magical reason, one's bladder juicings do indeed occasionally smell like Sugarpuffs. I read an article once that told you why. Can't remember it though.
The time to start worrying is when you start shitting All-Bran.

And I find if I eat chicken wings from hooters they make my pee smell of chicken, if I eat chicken at any other time my pee smells fine (Not that I constantly smell my pee of course).
Must be something they put in it?

Some do such as beetroot, which is used as a food colouring, eat a whole jar of pickled beetroot and you'll wee purple piss for two days, great fun.
Even better fun is getting vitamin A poisoning, which I got once after ODing on a particularly strong cheese. My wee wee was radioactively flourescent yellow like a hi viz jacket, but brighter if you can imagine it, it did actually glow in the dark 
Asparagus makes my wee smell odd. Too much beetroot has made me think my insides are rupturing... I think that's enough info.
