1 cup of soya milk.
1/2 cup sugar.
1 lbs of Silken (soft) Tofu.
2 tablespoons of Amaretto.
And a Strawberry and Vanilla Yogurt (Because I didn't have any Vanilla or Strawberries )

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Put in freezer and stir every 30mins for 3 hours.

It came out a bit icy because we ate it later than planned and I forgot to stir it again. But it was good.

Oooh. I just wondered, cos y'know, cream seems pretty intrinsic to "ice cream".

You can get soya cream, but I didn't need it.

I've got the hottest ticket in town this year, nay this decade ! !
