I hope he has different eyes, like the baddie in The Last Action Hero.
Glass eyes can be quite painful to wear. But they're good for the other eye as they get the muscles in the sockets working in symphony.

Not hugely but kinda uncomfortable, depends on the injury that lead to the loss.
I knew a guy who's dad hacked his left eye out with a machete whilst he was asleep. His socket was really painful.

Take the annoying attention seeking kid from school. Classify their bad behavior as AHDT or some other twaty condition. Make them gay or have identity issues. Give them tattoos and/or piercing. Make them fat or really thin. Chuck in a racial element. Then multiply by 15. Chuck them all in together with strict instructions to act like c**ts. If this programme was a person, it would be Derek Bird.
