Indeed. We must of seen a different Battle of Endor, I saw kids toys being thrown around in a forest.
Even though I'm basically a big kid, I find all big battle scenes to be really boring. Of far more interest is seeing a tactical fight unfold, like that of Wrath of Khan, or
Peter Jackson's King Kong had some great CGI sequences, especially when Kong fights the T-Rexs'. And the climatic fight is beautiful.

It's overlong, but I like it. And I don't know if it's been mentioned, but T2 had fantastic CHIery.

Naaa seeing T2 then T1 and Aliens then Alien isn't a big deal. They are the rare films where sequels are as good as the originals. Aliens is a different film to Alien more actiony then horror so it doesn't matter.
