Who else was unimpressed with that performance last night? Defence was very wobbly, midfield didn't gel at all and two or three players had stinkers - Baines had a shocker, surely they can't take him after that!
Ferdinand is just way out of form, King needs more time to find his defensive feet, Carrick showed once again he is one of the most over rated midfielders we've ever had, he needs a new radar, Walcott's final ball was a major worry again; Milner worked hard but looks like he doesn't know what his role is, is he a midfielder or a winger?; Defoe proved how redundant he can be when he's not in the groove, it was all a bit depressing, at this late stage.
Plus points - Glen Johnson, needs to play like that every game, he was brilliant, Gerrard finally showing some of his old attacking form again, Crouch proved he is the man to partner Rooney, and Lennon has virtually shut the door on Wright-Phillips going. Green was also very good, I think he'll be the number one.
