British Comedy Guide

don't laugh but...

Errr You know how I told you that I was new to scripts and comedy and that, right? Well people keep saying things that I don't understand and one of them is a 2 hander. I'm just a country girl and to me this sounds .. well .. rude! Please tell me what they're going on about, someone, as this is all new to me. :$

Erm... is it when something's written by two people?

I have another one. Do the clocks go back or forwards tonight? Not that it matters, I'm sleeping in either way...

I think it's something to do with just 2 characters.

I could be wrong though.

Oh dear.

Oh shit - I forgot about the clocks.

Oh well - who cares? If I'm late - I'm late - or if I'm early etc etc etc

Thanks for that. I think that I've been taking money under false pretences, now!!!

David's right, it's just two characters.

Two characters throughout.

'Marooned' from Red Dwarf II is a prime example.

Maybe one day we could all help compile a writer's glossary containing such terms.

Fall back, spring forward....apparently that's how you remember.... so by that reckoning, I should still be in bed AAAAARRGGGHH!!!

I am still in bed, but i should be up and doing things! It depresses me how quickly the weekend goes!!

Thanks to all of your for your advice.
I think that Seefacts idea of a glossary is excellent. Mind you, that's easy for me to say 'cause I don't know any!
