Something I just read here has inspired me to write my second (ever) sketch. The first passed unregarded here.
Big Jugs Sketch
Scene 1
Int. Bar – 9pm
A buxom barmaid walks across the room carrying with two hands a tray containing two 7-pint jugs of beer. A lairy young man approaches her.
Lairy Man: Can I hold your jugs?
The barmaid adjusts to carry the tray with one hand and strikes the man a heavy blow sending him staggering across the room.
Barmaid: You male chauvinist pig. Do you think that, just because I'm a woman, I can't carry a tray of beer.
Had to respond to this on 2 counts. Firstly I moaned, yesterday, that so few people do crits.
