Watching the slowly changing demeanor of Wm Hague has been great fun.

I have noticed that too. Great fun indeed.

Cameron and Co. have shown great political naivety since Friday. They would be murdered on the World Political Stage.

The Tory press are gonna go ballistic.

They have. They've discovered that they don't like The British Constitution. :D

Yeah, the front pages of a lot of the papers today are full of disgusting tripe. The people who write that shit should be ashamed of themselves. It's 'two faced' this, 'squalid' that, 'chaos', blah, blah, shameful, blah. Dickheads.

The press are quite useful in order to determine who's reading which paper. If anybody starts waffling on about 'The Squatter in Number 10', there's a good bet they've been reading The Sun. Or at least looking at the front page of it.

I do not want to spending my taxes bribing smug single issue regional parties.

I'd rather invade Scotland and Wales then bribe their ugly incompetent so called politicians.

Labor lost for f**ks sake. The Conservatives lost less.
If this solution can't be resolved then the election should be considered void.

And I dunno maybe the queen could make Lord Siralan Sugar temporary chair of UK PLC

It's only been a few days, the responisble thing is to have considered talks and really think things through, rather than rush into some ill thought out team up.

If you could design a new Labour leader from scratch, what would s/he be like?

It worked for Spiderman and the Punisher!

It worked for Spiderman and the Punisher!

The Punisher is a douche, and Peter Parker knows "With great power comes great responsibility".

Excelsior!!

A metalic exo-skeleton; maybe the ability to hover. But not fly.

The body and face and humour of Victoria Coren and....actually, that'll be fine.

Taylor Swift.

Labour's very own Jed Bartlett- Harry Perkins

I don't think that the Lib Dems are stupid enough to go with Labour .

If they go in with the Conservatives at anything more than supply and demand they are essentially killing their party and will become majorly sidelined at the next election - it will be a two party system ding dong again.

None of the possible solutions on the table provide a strong and stable government. People throw statistics around the Conservatives won the election so - well ten million people voted for them, fifteen million voted lib/lab if that's the way it goes. Labour should go into opposition probably, the Conservatives should field a minority probably with a lib supply and demand kind of support and we should have another election at some stage.

If there was real democracy in this country we would now have a vote to see who controls and presents the various forms of news media in our land.

Yes with Adam Boulton counting the votes.

Ah, but would it be AV, AV Plus or STV?

Sky Plus

Yeah, most Lib Dem supporters don't like or agree with The Conservatives, so they would lose a lot of support if they buddied up to them. I'm sure many more Lib Dems could stomach the idea of a Lib-Lab team up.
