Short and stupid

Not a sketch, just a thought.

Title - A Homosexual Vampire in London

late at night Soho, dark brick back alley behind a bar, thud, thud, thud of the bass beat pumps out in the distance, dust bins and rubbish bags piled up.

Man in the alley shouts to his mate who is not seen

'...be there in a sec, just have a piss mate'

gets it out and and starts pissing

View of the man from behind from the waist up, says to himself as his pee spatters against the bins and bags

'ahhh, yeah.....I needed that'

View over his shoulder as the bins and bags move, something emerging from beneath. The mans face is nervous and apprehensive.

close in on a vampire emerging quickly from behind the bins dressed in black with a smart cape, black with a pink lining opened by his threateneing stretched arms.

Vampire in a strong transalvanian accent

'I vont, to suck, your cock!'

The man inhales in shock and runs off panicked, tripping over bins and bags on his way out of the alley.

vampire, hurt and shocked

vot? did I come on too strong?

Shrugs his shoulders and ducks back down behind the bins.

Sorry Aussie, this is another "soft landing". AS a general observation I would suggest that you try to improve your spelling: transylavanian, and it should be with a cap 'T'. "threateneing". Punctuation could do with a bit of attention, too. But these things are not as important as making your stuff funny. This is the prime requisite. Funny overides nearly all other failings. Welcome to the land of Critique. Keep up the work and the contributions. It's what we're all here for.

Hi Stephen, sorry to dissapoint but I'm no Aussie, I just happen to be living here for a while, I'd hate you think I was sitting here with a can of fosters in my hand watching the "footy" trying to be funny. As for spelling? Does it really matter? You get the picture, that's the main thing. I still think it's funny. Stupid but funny.

It's not funny. The funniest thing on this page is Stephen Birch's avatar, so I'd say you've got problems.

2. As far as is possible, correct English spelling and grammar should be used.

Fair enough.

Sorry. Not my style either.
In my opinion, I find the humour a little juvenile. The kind of thing I would have probably liked when I was about 14-16.

I can tell it's necessary for this particular 'thought'/'sketch' but seems to me ppl are using gays too much to get laughs (not just in this sketch)... and the way it's normally written is that the laughs would be those schoolboy giggles at the thought of 2 guys fancying each other instead of just having a good gay character.

Sorry. Not my scene. Saying that, it would probably work on BBC3.

well. I think it's hilarious
