It's a beautiful day outside and ribeye steaks are on the grill!
What are you eating? Page 437
That was the juiciest steak I've had in a long time. Here's the final product in a photo taken shortly before I shoved it into my face:
That does look quite tasty, I must say.
Heh, in the first photo you'll notice that the sprinkler has again stopped cycling and is watering the same spot in the yard instead of the vegetables in the garden. I just went outside to turn it off and half the garden was bone dry.
I was wondering if that was your famous vegetable patch, actually.

Yep, lots of small tomatoes and peppers already forming. Onions, herbs, zucchini, broccoli, etc.
The neighbor lady just texted and said she's made some lemon pound cake for me. She has a broken leg, so I guess I'll have to pick it up.
UPDATE: Pound cake has been acquired and tomorrow she's making banana bread!
Coooool.
I WANT A VEGETABLE PATCH, DAMMIT!
And some cakes.
Mmmmm cake patch.
mmm food, vegetables and patches.
Zooo, it's piss easy, start off with one plant pot and go from there. You can get those grow kits for a few quid.
A pretty good shwarma for one bought at 2.15 AM.
Who says London isn't a 24 hour city!

Maybe I will!
Don't have a garden though, just a patio, and I keep thinking it'll just get nicked.
A friend of mine bought two massive stone pots with trees in, not even moveable without three people each once full of earth. And they got nicked overnight. (Not that it was around here. But still.)
Well, just start very small. Try growing cress?
Haha. On the windowsill?
I could put the leafy end of a carrot on a saucer of water.
(I'm sure they did that on Blue Peter...)
That might work, although you'd end up with just a small plant if you left it there.
If you want herbs, I think Rosemary is the easiest to grow. Just buy a stem/stork and stick it in some soil.
Most of the homes around here have rosemary as decorative plants. It grows like crazy. Sage and oregano are also easy.
