I don't use a plate, just a piece of kitchen roll.
Just grilled up some chicken fajitas and washed them down with a Warsteiner Dunkel.

I should have saved it for tomorrow night while watching New Orleans-based Treme on television but I couldn't wait.
In my few years in Louisiana, I have never been tempted to eat a muffuletta. I'm sure it would start out well, but end in tears and self-hatred. Let me know how you like it.

One of my fondest memories of New Orleans was sitting in a pub, enjoying a beer and having a local walk up and offering me half a muff. It was sublime and so was the resulting conversation.
Probably because a whole muffuletta induces congestive heart failure. But, yes the locals are quite nice, other than the gutter punks that seem to have multiplied. Though I do enjoy when they shout obscenities at the tour groups.
I just ate a muffin.
I had the best burger ever today. I can see why Elvis lived on burgers, you know. I want another one already.
