What you've put there Paul is almost entirely wrong. Including the bit about David being funny, he really isn't.

This is all very weird; you, Paul and Aaron having a go. Let's get some perspective. Go after the c**ts, anyone who knows David knows hes not one of them. David offers more constructive crit than a lot of people. This feels like hounding to me, especially with Aaron and Paul wading in.

If someone calles the podcast shitty in the thread title, then it is more than reasonable to use the same word to describe it. That's why he's set himself up as fair game.
Now I'm off out to eat a f**king ice cream. I kind of hope this has got more out of hand by the time I get back.

You're changing your reasoning, Matt. First, he's fair game for pretending not to be the author, now it's for using 'shitty'. I responded to your original quote so my comments that no one is fair game apply to that.
Whether someone uses the word 'shitty' or not doesn't excuse a similar response.
I'm trying to be absolutely fair and impartial here, and as explained above, I intervened (and unwillingly so) after a LOT of thought and then discussion.

I meant maybe some posters - including myself - should be more proactive in flagging up abusive posts.
