I'd vote for a party which did what's right. That sounds glib, but this government has consistently ignored the advice given to it by its very own scientific advisers. A party should at least do what it knows is right.

Not sure that proves anything. It seems to be countries with higher poverty rates also have the highest birth rates. Not sure, as Griffin was suggesting, being Islamic means you're more likely to have more kids than non-Muslims.

Infant mortality rate, life expectancy etc have to be taken into account.
But . . if we are seeing a large increase %wise of sub Saharan Africans entering the country (and evidence is, we are) then those stats could change.
The birth rate may stay the same and the others fall and with that implications for the welfare state, education, health etc.
The site also gives the religious breakdown for each country.
