General Election 2010 Page 48

Clegg probably closed strongest, but beaten by Cameron throughout. El Gordo left trailing in a far-flung third place.

I wonder if Gordon's hopeless performance could work in his favour?

He looks to stupid and charmless the more he flaps the more sympathy he gets.

Campbell's interesting 'I don't care what your poll says' comment.

You mean a poll like, say, an election?

:)

Interviewing Ed Balls on sky now.

Doesn't come over well. In the slightest.

And Kay Burley should be removed from our TV screens without delay.

I think El Gordo goes past any sympathy barrier.

Some speculate that he will (or should) become next Labour leader! I know El Gordo's a terrible PM, but the notion of him being ... ugh.

The bit I liked was after Cameron had been accused to scaremongering over the dangers of a hung parliament. Clegg and Brown started arguing, and Cameron quipped in with "see, they'd just argue".

He's a good speaker, but that's no reason to be voting for him, although I can't say why without invoking Godwin's Law.

Were you all watching a different debate? Cameron just rolled out his set pieces and didn't change enough wasn't engaging. The big G was actually alright this time better then Cameron but Clegg came across as the least sleazy liar. It'll be interesting to see if the voting reflects that.

Cameron reminds me of the Moon character from The Mighty Boosh. Exact same slightly vacant face.

Yes, it looks like he's doing that face to hide his utter disgust at having to talk to common people.

Bitchy!

I've just had a leaflet from the National Front pushed through my door.

Didn't realise they were still going.

Keep it, you could run out of loo roll at any time.

Some very bizzare claims on it.

The tories, labour and lib dems are actually one party. It's a plot by Eastern European Marxists so I'm told.
