He may not have a choice, they might be carrying weapons.

Angry

:$ :$ I had just watched the Portsmouth game, in my defence.

It's actually all one hotel isn't it?

So if you wanted to live there long time you would need to be on the hotel staff.

I think you can buy a house (or long-term lease) them there but the waiting list is frightening.

Up Pompey - sadly I tittered not.

I worried through MOTD2 that the remark I made could cause offence. Just to clarify, I 'tittered not' is a reference to Up Pompeii which was a show that I didn't find funny despite Howerd's role. It isn't a reference to Zooo's I Claudius / Up Pompeii comment which was funny.
:$ :)

Ha, that didn't even occur to me, don't worry.

Oooh.

Ellie saw her boyfriend acting in a play yesterday. He was all lusty over a girl in it and Ellie found it very hard not to run up on stage and smack him.

Yikes, that would be horrible.

Most relationship's only have room for one insecure narcissist

It really was. I know it's acting but it still hurts. :(

Ah well, at least it shows I care. I could have had no feeling, and then I'd be worried.

Aww I was all set to welcome you to the party pal, Die hard style.

All you darn feelers *shakes fist*

If it is the outer ear, you can buy solutions that dissolve the wax. They mostly consist of a very dilute solution of HydrogenPeroxide with a little oil say olive oil.

Made up my own soloution of Hydrogen Peroxide and warm water. It was like having a bowl of Rice Krispies in my ear for 10 minutes. Still deaf though.

GO and see the ear nurse at you local health centre he/she will sort out with a gizmo in quick time - there is not need to suffer needlessly - if that isn't a tautologismism. :)

I was thinking about using the drop-in centre but it's still the school holiday and the thought of entertaining a child in a waiting room for hours is putting me off.

Give her one of my books to read that will keep her rivited!

Have you tried Hopi ear-candling? If not, then..don't bother, it's utterly useless. It makes a nice noise though.

Is smoking a pipe, like a gentleman of gentleman. Although I probably stink!

Especially when he found out the tins had all been opened and the man had been mixing the paints together.

LOL. Where did you meet him?

Quote: chipolata @ April 19 2010, 10:11 AM BST

I can't believe you're going out with an actor. Most relationship's only have room for one insecure narcissist, but yours has two! :)

:D

Yes but tautology in this instance is acceptable. You had to say it twice because DD's deaf.
