Looks like you're giving JC a run for his money with what you have done so far for a young fella-me-lad. Keep it up.

I didn't know we were in competition.

It's a naked Greco-Roman fight to the death (P.S. sandals not supplied)

Is it being televised? As I'm sure Five will take it.

Wastes a lot of time on here by all accounts.
And occasionally tries to write sketches or jokes of dubious quality.

I am looking forward to Back to Class 2 by the way.

You aren't looking foward to it more than me :) It has taken a while to get as far as we are now, and hopefully you will all see all of the hard work myself and James have put into the show :)

And brilliant, can I have a read of some? I would love to make a few really good sketches, do you do stand up or live sketches or anything as well?

Dan

You shouldn't knock the great channel that is the unwanted middle number on the remote James, although we know 5 is there mearly as a pathway from Channel 4 to repeats of Emmerdale, Jeremy Kyle and Loose Women over on ITV 2, it serves it's purpose and has brought us great shows such as Fifth Gear and Make Way For Noddy.

Can't agree with you more Dan. The writing of this episode has taken over six months compared to about three weeks for Thank Your For The Music. Really looking forward to making it now and starting rehearsals :D

Dan

I've got a few sketches on the Critique forum, but I wouldn't recommend you read them unless you're very bored.
And I've done stand up & live sketches but only once or twice and not very professionally.

I'd definitely recommend trying to write sketches though, it's a good way of learning & bringing some good ideas or characters into play in a short space of time.

I'll take a look when I get some time :) and I have written a fair few sketches, I enjoy writing them :) I will upload a few of them myself some time
