INT.CRIME SCENE.DAY

POLICE LIEUTENANT
What we got?

PATHOLOGIST
Perp acted alone. No sign of a break-in so it's possible he knew the victims. He's fit. And strong, very strong, dealt with four adult males on his own

POLICE LIEUTENANT
What else?

PATHOLOGIST
This one's careful, not a single print anywhere. Knew what he was doing too and did it quickly, probably with his bare hands

POLICE LIEUTENANT
Jesus Christ, haven't you got anything I can go on?

PATHOLOGIST
Well, he's probably a big fan of retro, hi-energy gay disco?

POLICE LIEUTENANT
What makes you say that?

THE PATHOLOGIST NODS DOWN AT THE CHALK OUTLINES ON THE FLOOR WHICH ARE POSED TO SPELL OUT 'Y.M.C.A'

You'll probablly hate this suggestion but what about including some clues along the way... Like:

He's ex-services, may have been in the Navy.
And strong, a real Macho Man.

Hello - thanks for reading and for the suggestion. I don't hate it, I see it all adding up to a different direction and punch line though, such as...

PATHOLOGIST
Well, he's probably a big fan of retro, hi-energy gay disco?

POLICE LIEUTENANT
You did that didn't you?

THE PATHOLOGIST LOOKS AWAY ASHAMED

I like it.
Visually the YMCA chalk outlines would be hilarious.
