Sausage roll from Tesco.
Just had half a Cadbury's Easter egg.
Pringles cheese and chilli explosion, surprisingly nice.
And a couple of nicely sour satsumas.
Soup from a can...too sick to try and really cook.
Bit of a disaster with a toasted cheese sarnie.
First half seemed to be missing the cheese ( later found it leaked onton the worksurface)
The second half I forgot about the cherry tomato I put in and it burnt me.
Anyway now having a mini milk. Just to cool down the burn!
I'm eating 1200 calories a day at the moment (more if I exercise) and basically it's not a lot of food... at all!

1200 isn't a lot at all, I'm a large man and I tried 1500 felt like I was going to die after the 3rd day.

I am off to Cuba 8 weeks today. I would thenm lose 1.5 lbs a week if I stuck to this and would then be 12lbs lighter and hopefully look okay in a bikini.

Banana Chips. Which is probably bad this late at night, but it was the only thing I could get from the cupboard quietly when I got home.
Left over Chinese from last night. Noodles, sweet and sour veg and honey glazed ribs.
Potato cakes with fried eggs.
I has three whole sausages and veg tonight.
